Privacy Policy
The short version
This site collects only what you'd expect: basic analytics on how visitors use the site, and whatever you choose to share through the contact form. I don't sell your information to anyone, ever. If you have questions about any of this, just email or call me directly — contact information is on the Contact page.
Information collected through the contact form
When you fill out the contact form on this site, I collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send. I use this information for one purpose: to respond to you and, if you'd like, to help with your real estate needs.
Your contact form submission is delivered to me by email through Resend, a third-party email delivery service. I retain contact form submissions as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable business recordkeeping.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site, and general device or location information. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this data.
This information is processed by Google according to Google's own privacy policy. If you'd prefer not to be tracked by Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available from Google.
Hosting
This site is hosted by Vercel. Standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) may pass through Vercel's infrastructure as part of ordinary website hosting and delivery, separate from the analytics described above.
I don't sell your information
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information you share is used only to respond to you and to provide the services described above.
A note on New Jersey privacy law
The New Jersey Data Privacy Act, which took effect in 2025, applies to businesses that handle personal data at a large scale (generally 100,000 or more New Jersey consumers per year, or 25,000 or more if the business sells personal data). As a solo real estate practice, this site does not operate at that scale, so the law's specific requirements don't apply here. I'm noting this for transparency, not to claim a compliance status that isn't relevant — I still handle any information you share carefully, as described in this policy.
Your rights and questions
If you have questions about this policy, want to know what information I have from you, or would like it deleted, email me directly and I'll take care of it. Contact information is available on the Contact page of this site.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here.
